In regard to the David Copperfield sex case, the world renowned magician will not be able to perform a slight of hand and make it all go away. On the contrary, if the allegations are true, then Copperfield has been copping a feel and caught red handed doing this and more.

When is the last time a world famous magician has been accused of rape? Probably never. This Houdini whodunit has all the magic that one would expect from a tabloid headline. He said, she said, the FBI pours in to investigate and the magical David Copperfield can’t put her in a box and make her go away.

What has gone away, however are several Asian shows that have been cancelled and a bit of privacy as the FBI have searched a couple of Copperfield’s Las Vegas venues where he regularly performs. The incident supposedly happened in the Bahamas, so there is no telling what investigators are looking for thousand of miles from the scene of the crime.

If David Copperfield, does go to jail, however it remains to be seen if any prison can hold him. Or perhaps he will be mocked endlessly as the escape artist who fails to escape Johnny Law.
