Bobby Knight and his friend “Bubba” Bob Curtis had an altercation with James Simpson of Lubbock, Texas after Knight and Curtis allegedly fired birdshot onto Simpson’s property. Simpson claimed the birdshot from one of the guns struck him in the back and neck when he was in his home pool.
